We want to give you a quick overview of how orders are processed and shipped here at What- A -Cupcake! We will do cookie drops on Thursdays at 10 am Eastern Standard Time. Our cookie flavors can rotate with each drop, but we aim to keep our best-selling cookie options available on the menu. We bake cookies to order just before shipping to ensure that they are at their freshest when you receive them. All orders are packaged and wrapped by hand. Cookies will ship out after the cookie drop on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the latest. These are the only available shipping days. We ship orders with USPS as Priority 2-day shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All orders placed after noon on Monday will ship out the following Tuesday or Wednesday, to avoid your order sitting in the mail over the weekend.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact your carrier with your tracking information to obtain more detailed information about your shipment. What a Cupcake is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We package each cookie in heat-sealed packaging, individually, and take caution to ensure safe shipping. Once we drop off your package for shipping, it is out of our control, and we are no longer responsible for its condition upon arrival or any delays that may occur. Since cookies are perishable we don’t accept returns. All sales are final.
Summer Weather Advisory
Our cookies are not packed in insulated boxes and do not contain ice packs. When temperatures are warmer, we recommend keeping a close eye on the delivery date of your order and arranging for someone to receive the delivery if you are unable to. If your cookies arrive a bit warm from shipping, don’t worry- they are still safe to enjoy and just as delicious.
